As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, RTCA is committed to providing mentorship, leadership development, academic support, and wellness programming for youth ages 10–17. This year’s gala marks a major step forward in our mission to secure a permanent facility that will serve as a safe and empowering space for the young people in our community.
